Pork chops!

It's all food & wine to me.....


Pork, pork, pork, I love pork! These days pork is not the enemy, cuts vary and some are very lean indeed. I love the pork fillet for its versatility from baking it roast style or frying served with a teriyaki marinade and Asian greens. But……..big fat pork loin chops are delicious and yes they can be a little fatty but browning the chops in a hot fry pan then transferring to the oven for the reminder of the cooking assures a tender perfectly cooked pork chop every time!

4 pork loin chops

2 bunches of baby pak choy , separated and washed

12 asparagus spears, halved lengthways

1 large sweet potato, peeled and chunky sliced

1 tbsp sesame oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp fish sauce

2 cloves of garlic crushed

1 red or green chili, seeds removed and roughly chopped
